The staff was outstandingly accommodating. I will choose the place for future trips. It was a very lovely stay in town for a family reunion. The location was marvellous, at a short distance from a public park.

Location was Great, Room was clean and comfortable.

For the Price you pay the could at very least offer coffee, 15.00 for Starbucks coffee's was Ridicules, and the price for breakfast is RIDICULES.......we had to re-due our keys after Blooms day which was inconvenient and the lady said it was there security Policy!! never heard of that one before.....and her attitude was rude, so I got rude back!!

Restaurant could have been better. Offering a continental breakfast would make it more current with other motels. I know families are always looking to save.

The staff here are really friendly and know their stuff, plus the rooms are big and quiet, some even come with balconies.

Ample free parking was a great bonus and difficult to find in the area! Staff was very friendly and professional.

The water view was obstructed by the trees. Bed was a little lumpy. They were shampooing the carpets on my floor the Sunday morning that I was leaving - thankfully I didn't want to sleep in that morning. Couldn't it wait until Monday when the hotel would likely have less people in it?

We truly enjoyed this brand-new hotel. It was a unique base for our stay. Its location, approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from Huntington Park, was exceptionally nice.

Old facility that could use simple repairs to update. Rude front desk staff. Room was NOT READY upon arrival. AirC was set ast 52 degrees and FREEZING. Sleeper sofa was not made up as requested with not enough bedding for it. Not to standards of the pricing.

The hotel's location was ideal, with convenient proximity to a cafe, Spokane Falls, and ample parking. I was happy with the peaceful room that had a coffee maker and balcony. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and check-in was quick and early.

Excellent service was provided too. Spotless and beautiful room, it included satellite TV, climate control and a refrigerator. The breakfast was great and had a wide array of meals. Everything was superb, nevertheless a few employees were kind of rude.

This place was peaceful during my stay with my wife, the staff were friendly and informative, I had a great experience and would recommend it to others.

It was based in new building in a marvellous and brilliant location, to the cafe for breakfast.

This place is conveniently located near Riverpoint Campus.

courtyard in spokane, beautiful hotel with a pretty courtyard and great location. rooms were properly cleaned, making for a pleasant stay. exceeded my expectations from previous stay.

Restaurant food not great for price.

Had a great time chilling by the pool and sipping on some tasty mixed drinks from the coffee bar. 🍹 Also, they've got a Starbucks right in the lobby for a caffeine fix. The location is awesome, with Riverpoint Campus just a short walk away, making it super convenient and beautiful to explore.

courtyard gave us another amazing stay in spokane! the staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. the location was perfect for exploring downtown, and we loved the pool, hot tub, and exercise room. plus, the sliding doors and bathtub were a nice touch. can't wait to book here again!
